SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

FeednSleep provides breastfeeding consultations, baby sleep consultations, and pregnancy classes. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. General Information Disclaimer
   All information, advice, and guidance provided by FeednSleep are for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing provided by FeednSleep should be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek medical advice or opinion if you have any concerns regarding your baby’s health or any medical conditions.
2. Safe Sleep Practices
   You agree to follow safe sleep practices in accordance with the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) guidelines. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your baby’s safety, and you must notify your consultant of any unsafe sleep practices. FeednSleep and its consultants are not liable for any harm resulting from failure to adhere to these guidelines.
3. Medical Guidance and Disclosures
   You agree to consult with your General Practitioner (GP) regarding any medical conditions that might affect safe sleep training for your baby. You also agree to fully disclose any known medical conditions your baby has to the baby sleep consultant.
4. Invoice and Collection Policy
   In the event of outstanding invoices, FeednSleep reserves the right to refer the balance to a collection agency. You agree that any collection costs incurred by FeednSleep as a result will be your responsibility.
5. Confidentiality of Sleep Plans
   The sleep plan and guide provided are intended solely for your use and for your baby. You agree not to share these materials with any third parties. Unauthorized sharing will render the responsible party liable for the cost of the shared program.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made after the sleep plan has been sent are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.

7. Rescheduling Policy
   Each appointment may be rescheduled once at no additional charge. Any subsequent rescheduling requests may incur a fee or may not be accommodated.
8. Responsibility for Implementing Changes
   Any changes you make to your baby’s sleeping or eating arrangements are entirely your decision. FeednSleep offers suggestions only, and you are solely responsible for deciding whether to implement them.
9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeednSleep, its owners, employees, and consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FeednSleep from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, resulting from your misuse of our services or violation of these terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FeednSleep operates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
11. Modifications and Amendments
    FeednSleep reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Severability
    If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms and Conditions unenforceable or invalid as a whole. Instead, the affected provision shall be modified to reflect the parties’ original intent as closely as possible.
13. Force Majeure
    FeednSleep shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, acts of government, failure of suppliers, or any other unforeseen events.
14. Acceptance of Terms
    Your use of any services and materials provided by FeednSleep constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use FeednSleep’s services or materials.
