Im so glad to meet Rebecca for breastfeeding consultation. She was very helpful, and she corrected my breastfeeding position. Most importantly, she had taught me the importance of breastfeeding. After the consultation with Rebecca, I am now able to do full breastfeeding!!

Rebecca hosted a fantastic series of classes for my wife and I before our baby arrived. The lessons were clear and highly informative, and Rebecca’s style is both engaging and demonstrative (and in our case, brilliantly bilingual!) She gave us invaluable advice on a wide range of baby needs, and helped us feel so much more confident about welcoming our child into our home. 感謝Rebecca的幫助。在短短一星期裡可以令5個月大既bb訓得好好。由bb出世開始,我都無試過可以連續訓多過三小時。初時bb細,食奶密,無得訓都預左。但當bb愈來愈大,夜奶都戒左既時候,但發覺bb訓覺好差。日頭小睡時間很短,又需要抱氹訓覺訓著才可放床,但好多時一放低又醒,或者訓15分鐘又醒。夜晚雖然bb肯訓,但訓得唔熟睡,容易扎醒,突然大哭,要安撫抱抱才訓番,但可能隔一段時間又再發生。不斷重覆又重覆,大人根本沒時間休息,bb又訓得唔好,令人擔心,花了不少金錢試過無數方法也沒有效果。最後,在網上見到有人推薦FeednSleep既 sleep train. 把心一橫參加,無想過效果會咁好。跟Rebecca建議既方式去做,BB兩日就即刻唔好左,除了可自行入睡,訓覺更變得安寧,自己醒左也能接睡,不再需要大人既幫忙。Amazing. 加上Rebecca 很細心,又很上心,又有豐富既智識,很放心跟她既建議去做。bb而家訓得好左,大人都舒服左好多。多謝Rebecca .

今次參加咗BB睡眠訓練可以講得上係一個我今生無悔嘅決定。👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

因為之前嘅我完全冇bb應該幾時瞓,咩方法瞓等等嘅concept,只係好隨心照顧,覺得佢眼瞓就抱起佢氹佢瞓,所以我九個月嘅女女養成左半夜一兩點先瞓嘅習慣。起初我都覺得OK,因為本身我都係一個夜鬼。但係久而久之,經過左九個月,我先發覺咁樣都幾攰😅

每日手抱BB搖來搖去氹瞓覺,可以係10分鐘嘅事,可以係一個鐘嘅事。然後先放佢落床。之後自己先至可以夜晚休息一下,到我瞓嘅時候都可能已經三點。

見到身邊朋友嘅成功例子,所以我把心一橫,求助Rebecca。趁着疫情可以work from Home,用一星期嘅時間訓練BB自行入睡,同埋調整返佢啱嘅生理時鐘。我真係完全冇諗過BB而家可以由夜晚7pm瞓到第朝7am. 仲要係自己喺床仔自己入睡♥️♥️♥️

我相信唔單止去到屋企休息好好多,多咗好多ME time, 對於BB來講,佢休息足夠,安心入睡都可以令到佢嘅腦部發展更加好。呢一樣係除咗母乳之外,我作為媽媽俾到BB最好嘅嘢。所以我真係好多謝Rebecca,佢嘅細心,耐性同埋專業知識,令到我同BB嘅生活都有好大嘅唔同。唔係誇張,我真係覺得呢一樣影響到長遠嘅事,係錢都買唔到。☺️☺️☺️感激Rebecca!

“即使自己都經歷過嬰兒階段,但在遇到囝囝的睡眠問題之前,真的不知道原來「睡覺」都是要學習的。囝囝從醫院回來後,一直都睡不好,我們事前又無好好做功課,養成搖睡抱睡食奶嘴等入睡習慣。直至囝囝四個月的睡眠倒退期,我們都累透了,才開始不停去看書、找資料和上工作坊,希望可以尋求方法去幫助囝囝睡得好一點,大家都能睡個好覺。但對於一個長期睡眠不足的媽媽而言,去整理及消化這些資料實在太花時間及心神,東拼西湊,勉強渡過了第一個倒退期,囝囝可以在床上食奶嘴拍拍入睡,不用再搖睡抱睡,雙手得以保全,但去到6個月,仍然脫離不了夜醒早醒小睡短等等問題。那時我的精緒接近崩潰的邊緣,為免再惡化,決定尋求專業人士的幫忙。非常感激Rebecca的幫助,解救了我們一家,終於能安心好好入睡,囝囝用了一星期的時間去戒掉奶嘴、夜奶、能自行入睡及睡過夜。我們不用再擔驚受怕囝囝會否隨時醒來大哭,因為睡眠質素好了,食奶及加固都食得很好,亦笑多了!更重要是,Rebecca是一位很正面、很細心的人,由囝囝的睡眠訓練開始,她一直都很有用心去聆聽我們的問題,亦非常有耐性去講解每一個細節。訓練初期,囝囝哭得很厲害,她設身處地以母親的身份去安慰及肯定我所經歷的,在幾次的電話跟進時,不厭其煩地解答我的疑問。整個訓練過程不算是輕鬆,但黑暗過後便見𥌓光,日後尚有很多的成長關卡要面對,希望這次的訓練過後,能為囝囝的睡眠打好根基,能睡飽飽,健康快樂地成長。感恩專業的Rebecca,和你的合作非常愉快!感謝你一直以來的鼓勵!:)”

“Thank you a million Rebecca! Being so professional yet so caring along every steps is exactly what every stressful mum most needed! I have spent the last 7 months waking up every hour after 3am almost every night to now only once after midnight to feed, not just myself whom get to rest properly(which helps with my milk supply to increase too!), but most importantly see how the new sleep pattern gives my boy so much more joy and focus when he’s awake. The sleeping plan is also specifically tailored for our needs and our goals, which I’m so grateful for, as I’m totally against the “cry it out” method that everybody thinks is the only sleep training way. Thank you for assisting us so whole heartily, you are truly a blessing!”

Rebecca is a professional, nice , positive sleeping consultant. My 5 months old baby boy can sleep by himself and wake up with smile after following the sleeping plan. The main point is I don’t need to hold him, singing and walking to help him fall asleep anymore.

It was really an inspiring experience to carry out sleep training for my 11-month baby girl. I couldn’t believe my girl can really sleep up to 12 hours overnight from 7 to 7. Before that, my baby was used to sleep in my arms. She could only sleep for around 9 hours with wake ups in the middle of the nights. I thought if baby slept late, then she would wake up late the next morning. Therefore my baby always slept at around 10 something or even 11. However this was totally bad for her development. Her routines were a bit messy. Now, with Rebecca’s advice and support, she can sleep soundly for 12 hours by self-soothing. My baby can do it! I am proud of her. She wakes up happily in the morning. The most rewarding thought is that we parents need to change our mind first by taking the initiative to change our lifestyle instead of making the baby adapt to our adult routines. Thank you, Rebecca!💛💛💛💛

呀仔已經一歲啦,諗返起呢一年經歷過好多嘢,最感恩係遇到你!
我相信每一個做媽媽嘅都會記得頭一年湊BB嘅辛酸,坐月嗰陣時BB每幾個鐘就會起身一次,作息時間非常混亂,令到新手父母都無所適從,有時甚至連自己嘅食飯時間都冇。
好感謝您話俾我知,原來BB嘅作息時間係可以訓練㗎,一開始都覺得好神奇,半信半疑。
全靠你耐心嘅指導同分析,將BB瞓覺嘅問題逐一指出,同時教導我改善嘅方法,令BB由六個星期開始已經有一個固定嘅作息時間表。
一開始好多親戚朋友都覺得冇可能,叫我順其自然, BB鍾意幾時瞓幾時醒就由得佢。但其實有咗固定嘅作息時間,我先至可以處理返自己嘅日常事務。同時,令到其他幫手照顧BB嘅人都可以輕鬆啲。
依家BB已經一歲啦,佢嘅作息時間非常穩定,每次佢瞓咗之後,我都可以做吓家務、食飯、甚至整蛋糕都得,真係好開心㗎!
最重要嘅係, BB嘅成長非常之好!佢瞓得好就自然容易吸收知識同營養。個個親戚朋友都讚佢乖同聰明,仲肥肥白白添。望住有啲同年紀嘅小朋友,一邊食飯一邊瞓覺,真係令到媽媽好無奈;而我個BB就餐餐都食得好好,全日都充滿精神,每晚亦都一覺瞓天光。

“從來冇諗過餵哺人奶係咁艱難架,當自己谷奶谷到石頭胸同BB吾肯埋身啜奶,而自己又吾知點幫BB時,真係好大挫敗感同沮喪!
好彩遇到Rebecca ,同佢約好左見面之後,佢好快就上門了解我嘅情況,然後好細心咁幫我按摩通乳,同教我如何改善,完左之後即晚更收到屬於我的母乳餵哺報告,及幫我定立個人改善計劃 !之後第二日又會致電更進我嘅進展及了解我有冇遇到咩問題.真的很貼心!
到左第二次見面時我乳房已經鬆左好多!可以擠到10~20ml奶出黎!
Rebecca再次黎探訪了解我實施計劃後的進展之後,開始教我如何令BB埋身,響佢幫助之下,轉左不同姿勢之後。BB終於肯嘗試埋身了!現時BB終於肯嘗試埋身之餘哩幾日我更加容易泵到奶出黎,我相信黎緊嘅日子我好快就可以全人奶la!衷心謝謝Rebecca,全靠佢細心指導及不停鼓勵我先可以繼續努力走向全人奶嘅路”
