1. Does sleep training = cry it out?

Sleep training does NOT equal to cry it out. Sleep training consists of a set of modifications from sleeping environment, daily scheduling to various ways of teaching a baby to self-settle.


2. Will my baby cry?

Crying is the way for our babies to communicate with us. Babies cry when they are uncomfortable and upset. Often, in sleep training we do need to modify the environment and the pattern that parents used to help their children to sleep. In the process, it is totally normal for a child to resist to change by crying. It is how we look at crying that matters, instead of avoiding the crying all together.


3. How do I know what method is suitable for me and my child?

There are more than one sleep training techniques. The best sleeping training technique is the one which suits your parenting style and your child’s temperament. It is best for you to discuss it with our sleep consultant who will explore different options with you in details.


4. What if it doesn’t work?

We are highly confident in our sleep improvement program. Therefore, we have our guarantee policies which allow you to apply for refund if you see absolutely no improvements in your baby’s sleep in two weeks.


5. Do you come to our home for consults? Or is it Online only?

Most sleep consultations can be done online through messaging/email and phone support. However, we do provide home visit service when it is required. Please let us know if you’d like more support by having our consultant go to your home and help you directly.
